The Challenger Equity, Diversity, Inclusivity and Accessibility (EDIA) working group was formed in May 2021 and succeeds the previous Challenger Diversity in Marine Science (DiMS) group formed in 2016. It brings together those interested in improving EDIA across the Challenger Society and marine science in general. We meet once a month on Zoom to discuss ways to improve EDIA across and beyond UK marine science and develop and implement actions where possible. If you would like to join the working group or find out more please email the working group chair
